In a YouTube video, Brie revealed a crucial practice to maintain flexibility and avoid injury on set. "Stretching is a huge part of exercise," she said. "This is great for mornings, before workouts, as you're winding down your day, or, if you're somebody like me who's spending the majority of their time at a desk looking at Zoom all day, it's good to incorporate a couple of stretches and be kind to yourself." Some of her go-to stretches include cat-cow, toe sitting, and cobra pose.
Brie tries to drink celery juice every morning. "I hold my stress in my stomach and this feels very soothing/healing in my opinion," she said in an Instagram story.
Brie doesn't mess around when it comes to exercise. Her workouts with Walsh are seriously intense, involving lots of weights, one-armed pull-ups, and even pushing a 5,000 pound Jeep down the street. "Pushing myself past my limit, honey! Doesn't always look pretty but gosh it feels amazing," she wrote in one of her post, asking her trainer, "how heavy were these again?"
Clearly, Brie eats healthy most of the time, but isn't afraid to indulge in her favorite treats on occasion. "Ice cream, anyone?" she captioned this photo of herself holding a cone.
To keep herself motivated, Brie focuses on the enjoyment factor of fitness. "Even after years of training, I still try to find ways to get out of working out. Luckily @risemovement keeps me motivated by prefacing a new move with 'this will be fun,'" she captioned an Instagram post.
Brie makes sure to prioritize self-care. "Sauna, massage, nature – does it get better?" she captioned a photo of herself during a wellness getaway at Wilderness Reserve.
