It was her party, and she could twerk if she wanted to, and Rasheeda Frost did just that. This week, the Love & Hip Hop: Atlanta star celebrated her 44th birthday, (that is Rasheeda’s real age according to Wikipedia and Google), and she had a wild party with her friends and loved ones by her side.
The businesswoman showed her mama curves in a money-inspired body and matching cover that dragged on the floor.
Rasheeda took to social media, where she posted a few videos from the event where she could be seen attempting to dance with husband Kirk Frost. She later on showed a few moves with Mimi Faust and Karlie Redd.

Howewer, things really got raunchy when Rasheeda met Jamaican dancehall recording artist Spice. It is a well-known fact that Spice kills it on the dance floor with her out-of-this world moves, but many were surprised to discover that Rasheeda can hold her own.
Spice had this to say to Rasheeda: “You got moves, and you tricked me 😂🤣😂🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥 HBD hun I love you 😘.”
Another fan wrote: “Rasheeda is so damn beautiful.”
Rasheeda got a sweet message from her friend, Kandi Burruss: “It’s my boo @rasheeda’s birthday!!!!! I love you, friend! Beautiful, Intelligent, supportive, & bossy. I pray that this next year is the next level of greatness for you! Everybody gives @rasheeda some bday love! 🎂🎂🎂🎂”

In a recent interview, Rasheeda opened up about life in quarantine by saying: “I got to give teachers props because it can be a little much,” Frost joked about homeschooling her youngest son. “We’re just figuring out a good schedule for it and trying to have a good structure, so we don’t get too out of control.”
She also spoke about how she is trying to cope with the health crisis: “We already know what we are going through; we don’t have to talk about that s*** every second. Let’s enjoy life. I think it’s important for us to entertain ourselves. Take this time to have fun.”
Rasheeda went on to reveal: “Let’s stay motivated, driven, and focused. Don’t get frustrated, and let’s not get sidetracked. It can be stressful, but let’s continue to grow and build and set examples as mothers and leaders. It’s difficult, but we have to look at the lessons to be learned in all of this.”
